Your Name is....

What is your name? Your name identifies you. It may not have much of a meaning but that is you, what people call you, and how you see yourself.

My name is Lydiana. When I was little my mom used to tell me to act like a lady ( when I was not!) and I'd say, I'm not a lady, I'm Lydiana. I have always very ME, Lydiana. I'm me.

Quote of the day...

I have been very busy these last couple weeks, and thus I have not been here. I have a bunch of new pictures I am looking forward to sharing! Today, I got up at 5:30am. Not that I have done a lot of things. I do not feel my best, as I have a lingering cough from a cold I caught last week O.o Last time I caught a cold I also was hit with an incessant cough and then needed bad meds to help me get over it. I am praying that it doesn't happen again. I forgot...I can't believe I forgot...I have elderberry tea! I will make me a bunch of teas today :)

The boys caught the cold from me, but as soon as they get it and are a little congested, I start them with the cool humidifiers and Vix and that so far always helps them. Seems I may need to baby myself a little more XD

Well, for the quote!

“We don’t do very many grand and significant things in our life.  Most of us will not be written up in history books.  Most of us will only be remembered by family and perhaps a few friends.  Most of us will be forgotten in two or three generations after our deaths.  There simply are not many grand moments of life, and we surely don’t live life in those moments.  No, we live life in the utterly mundane.  We exist in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and hallways of life.  This is where the character of our life is set.  This is where we live the life of faith”

Quote of the day

"Feminism is mixed up with a muddled idea that women are free when they serve their employers but slaves when they help their husbands"

O.O AWAKE

Insomnia is a gross feeder.  It will nourish itself on any kind of thinking, including thinking about not thinking.  ~Clifton Fadiman

Quote Post One...Encouraging Suffering Quotes Post

I LOVE quotes! =) Especially quotes that speak real truth...truths that come from God and that I can remember as I walk in this life. So here is my post of quotes ( which I shall randomly post once in a while). I was looking for encouraging quotes and there seemed to be a lot on suffering quotes on the first page I was on. So, I did not set out to make this a post of encouraging suffering quotes, but that is what it became =]  (encouraging suffering quotes...can there be anything encouraging about suffering? I am not old and wise, but I have gained some wisdom in my walk with God in this life and I can say yes. )
