I Have Been Wanting to Write a Post About....Someone...

I have been wanting to write a post about someone...special :) I have been thinking this one and taking pictures for it. And he doesn't even know XD It's fun being sneaky haha! This post is about that one person man, my wonderful husband and father of Wade and Ben...Isaac ^.^

Fall is Here! (Almost but you can feel it)

I love Florida fall! People up north think it's lame...and yes, it's not dramatic...but it's refreshing and has it's own subtle uniqueness to it. I love using my light sweaters and bringing out my winter clothes that I don't get to wear much at all. Especially now, being in St. Pete. It doesn't freeze here very much at all.

*Duty Night*

I am in that mood...I don't want to fall asleep. I'm like a kid that refuses to go to bed. I did often as a child, well refused to sleep. I had to go to bed, and I finally would sleep, but I loved staying up at night.

Ben is next to me sleeping, he has been now for a while...I should join him...I think I will...

No Time!

I have been trying post but its been too busy around  here! My boys are very much alive, so that keeps me running =) Maybe I'll have time tomorrow...but for now I'll post some pictures. We lost (or misplaced) our camera, so all our pictures now are being taken with our phones. At least they take nice pictures =)

♥ Benjamin Isaac ♥

Benjamin Isaac is here! We are very happy he is finally here, safe, healthy, happy, and very sleepy =D He lets Mommy and Daddy sleep as much as a little newborn can allow that. Baby Ben does not cry unless hungry or uncomfortable. He is truly as answer to my prayers! Wade rocked our world...and we love him! But I kinda wanted a little less rocking this time, esp since Wade is still rocking our world XD

One Week Later...

Still waiting for baby...My babycenter.com page tells me today my baby is 1 week old :( It worked with Wade, but baby Ben is taking his sweet old time.

Today is rainy and I decided to edit some pictures of the last few weeks/days. Wade celebrated his 1st birthday with a very very small party =) I don't think he new the difference. haha! We still plan on having a little part for him...though maybe almost 2 months after his birthday.

Today is the Day!

One More Week! (come on baby!)

This is the last stretch! One week to my due date. Actually, SIX days =) My mom is here with me and...I feel so much better than I did last week XD I felt draggy and low and no energy...and saddish...

When You Can't Sleep....Blog...

I CAN'T sleep. Well, I fell asleep for about, maybe, one hour. I woke up out of breath and with a sore leg =/ My leg is still hurting and I'm still out of breath. So tired as I am and sleepy, I can't sleep so I'm blogging to take my mind off of...no sleep.

Life keeps getting harder ( physically speaking) :) Isaac has been very virtuous today...and I have not x.x He swept, mopped, cleaned up the kitchen, did laundry and watched Wade. o_o That is A LOT of work! And I just rested...feeling very heavy all over and tired.

This Wednesday I will have 5 more weeks to go! I am counting down and it can't go by fast enough!!! I'm starting to get little things ready for Wade's birthday party...I need to start ahead so that I can get as much done as possible. Since I can't go fast, I need time =)

Well, I'm off to make some food for tomorrow. We may have a family from the church we are attending over for lunch. I don't know, but it's best to be ready. :)

Update on the Black Bean Brownies

I haven't made a full recipe of the black bean brownies. I only had enough beans to make a like 2/3 the recipe. In any case, here is the recipe which you will want to follow if you want some nice chocolate snack bars. If you want real brownies with regular sweetness just double the sugar ( 1 cup versus 1/2 cup). If you want more chocolaty just add more cocoa. I may still twist this recipe a little, but I think it's pretty close =)

Black Bean Brownies...are Yummy!

Soooo......I finally did the black bean brownies yesterday :)

Coconut Black Bean Brownies???

I just found this website and have been enjoying quite a few things from it. I guess it is a blog website. But, I found this black bean brownie recipe...and I just HAVE to try it! I LOVE brownies and the idea of no flour is great...is it a no carb?...well probably a low carb brownie ( I think....I'm not like a calorie counting, anti-carb person...I love carbs...they make me happy...and so far they don't change my appearance so...I love them!) Well, I shall try my hand at these and then post what I thought about them ( and what my husband thinks too. He loves protein! XD)

(update: beans are carbs...and protein but they are still carbs XD My educated-in-carb-no-carb husband informed me  =D hahaha! Now I know! )

Papi and Nonnie's Visit ( and more)

Still getting this little house organized =) Isaac is almost done building a shed in our back yard ( thank you, Dad, for you're help this past weekend!). It's going to be SO nice having that shed up. We still have some things inside that don't belong inside, but we don't want to leave them outside and have someone decide it's their's O.o We already have too much out in our open carport...Hoping to get it all tucked and put away by this weekend :)

Quick Post: the desitin mess!

Last week (I think it was) Wade got into the desitin tub. I had only slept 3 hours and was having a hard time thinking straight. So, I accidentally left the tub,  without the lid! within his reach. O.o what a mess!

Btw, I called the poison control people and was relieved to find out that desitin pretty much won't hurt babies if they eat it =)

June...Busy Still!

I guess I keep thinking its going to get slower and calmer O.o It iiissss kinda....but not really :) June is going to be another busy month, still, and we are ready to keep getting things put together here in our little house=)

Illinois Trip

We are back from our trip to Illinois to visit family! Well, we have been back for a week now...It's been a busy week packing and moving boxes to our new house =D It was so nice having my mom here to help me pack. She helped so much!

 I LOVE quotes! =) Especially quotes that speak real truth...truths that come from God and that I can remember as I walk in this life. So here is my post of quotes ( which I shall randomly post once in a while). I was looking for encouraging quotes and there seemed to be a lot on suffering quotes on the first page I was on. So, I did not set out to make this a post of encouraging suffering quotes, but that is what it became =]  (encouraging suffering quotes...can there be anything encouraging about suffering? I am not old and wise, but I have gained some wisdom in my walk with God in this life and I can say yes. )
